We met at the mortgage lenders office and Andrew had a home search that included this home and he called to check availability and the agent for the seller told him “we have 11 offers currently and will be reviewing offers tomorrow and the 1st offer that is complete, accurate and follows the full offer instructions will be chosen and we will go thru the offers in order they were received”. We went and looked at the fully renovated home and loved it and went back to the lenders office where Andrew and the loan officer worked on the offer and additional paperwork required and submitted the offer in just a few hours. The next day Andrew called and said he received an email from the sellers agent that our offer was the first complete and accurate offer submitted and we were on our way towards home ownership.
